FLC: BOD resolution on the transfer of shares of FLC Biscom

On August 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC) approved to transfer 15,000,000 shares, equivalent to VND150,000,000,000 (based on par value), accounting for 3.61% charter capital of FLC Biscom Golf and Yatch Investment Joint Stock Company.

   After the transfer completed, FLC Biscom Golf and Yatch Investment Joint Stock Company is no longer an associated company of FLC Group Joint Stock Company (FLC).
