HID: Capital contribution to Nhon Hoi Water JSC

On August 01, 2018, the Board of Directors of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company (HID)  approved to contribute its capital to establish the Nhon Hoi Water Joint Stock Company with total amount of VND48,000,000,000, equivalent to 96% charter capital of Nhon Hoi Water JSC.    

     To appoint Mr. Nguyen Quang Huan as the representative of stake of Halcom VietNam Joint Stock Company in Nhon Hoi Water JSC.
