- Number of outstanding shares: 49,954,487 shares

- Reason for change: The Company bought 475,000 shares to make its treasury shares, issued 5,352,341 shares for 2017 dividend payment at the ratio of 12% and bought 701 fractional shares to make its treasury shares in this issuance.
