On August 08, 2018, the Board of Directors of VietNam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank approved a plan for issuing shares to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP):

2. Stock type: common share
3. Par value: VND10,000/share
4. Total issued volume: 2,496,272,872 shares
5. Outstanding volume: 2,423,053,272 shares
6. Treasury volume: 73,219,600 shares
7. Expected issue volume: 33,695,094 shares
8. Issue price: VND10,000/share
9. Total issue value: VND336,950,940,000
10. Issue ratio (Expected issue volume/Total volume): 1.39% 
11. Time of implementation: in 2018
12. Plan to deal with fractional shares:

The distributed shares will be rounded down. The remaining shares and fractional shares (if any) will be distributed to other staffs at a price not lower VND10,000/share.

13. Transfer principle: New shares are restricted from transfer within 03 years.
