KSB: Board resolution on the transfer of the right membership

Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated June 29, 2018:

The Board of Directors approved to receive the transfer of the right membership of Thang Long Extractive Transport Service Co-operative (address: 82/6, Area 4, Binh Da ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province) in order to invest in Thien Tan 7 Quarry.
