HBC: HBC wins new construction packages

Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company has assigned new construction packages with the total contract value of more than VND4,760 billion as follows:

1)    Empire City Project

-          Investor: Empire City Limited Liability Company 

-          Location: Thu Thiem, District 2, Hochiminh city.

-          General contractor: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company

-          Value of package: VND3,037 billion

2)    Mizuki Park Project

-          Investor: the venture of Nishi – Nippon Railroad, Hankyu Realty and Nam Long Investment JSC

-          Location: Binh Chanh district, Ho Chi Minh city

-          General contractor: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company

-          Value of package: more than VND1,497 billion.    

3)    Dragon hill Premier Project

-          Investor: Sai Gon Vi Na Real Estate Joint Stock Company   

-          Location: district 5, Ho Chi Minh city

-          Construction for foundation and basement: Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company

-          Value of package: VND226 billion.
