VHM: VHM receives the transfer of shares of GS Cu Chi

On July 02, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vinhomes Joint Stock Company decided to receive the transfer of 32,217,673 shares with the transfer value of VND322,176,730,000 of GS Cu Chi Development Joint Stock Company (GS Cu Chi).

    After the transfer completed, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company will hold 98% charter capital of GS Cu Chi Development Joint Stock Company.
