HPX: Board resolution on projects investment with other companies

On July 26, 2018, Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company approved to plan for projects investment with the following companies:

1)    Approving to invest and cooperate with Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.05 – Joint Stock Company and Dai Dong A Investment Joint Stock Company for the following projects:

-          To invest in An Binh new urban area (area 1 & 3), An Binh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

-          To invest in An Binh resettlement area (area 2), An Binh Ward, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City.

-          To invest in Con Khuong new urban area, Bui Huu Nghia Ward, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City.

2)    Approving to invest and cooperate with TEXO Investment and Consultancy Joint Stock Company for Dong Bac Ninh Hoa urban area project at Ninh Hoa Commune, Khanh Hoa Province.

3)    Approving to invest and cooperate with S.E.A Thuan Phuoc Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Civil Engineering Construction Corporation No.05 – Joint Stock Company for Hoi An City's multifunctional cultural park project at Thanh Ha and Cam Tho Ward, Hoi An City, Quang Nam Province.
