According to the Board resolution dated July 26, 2018, the Board of Directors approved to authorize the Labor Union of Viet Nam Fumigation Joint Stock Company to re-distribute 42,900 shares (of which 33,000 shares revoked from ex-employees under the regulation of ESOP and 9,900 bonus shares in 2018).
