HQC: Board approves the agreements with insiders and related persons

According to the Board resolution dated July 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HQC) approved sales transactions, service provision, cooperation, borrowing, lending, guaranteeing for partners such as insiders (members of the Board of Directors, Board of Supervisors, Directorate, Chief Accountant, CFO, company spokesman) and the persons related to insiders. The value of each agreement and transaction is lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.
