DAG: BODs approves to issue bonus shares and additional issue to increase the equity

On July 12, 2018, the Board of Dong A Plastic Group Joint Stock Company approved a plan for issuing bonus shares:

1)    Outstanding volume: 49,327,885 shares

2)    Treasury volume: 806 shares

3)    Issue ratio: 5%/par value (The one who owns 20 shares at the record date will receive 01 new shares).

4)    Expected issue volume: 2,466,394 shares

5)    Financial resource: investment & development fund and undistributed profit after tax

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be bought with VND10,000/share. 

Time of implementation: authorizing to the BODs determine.
