MHC: Approving the result of stock issuance for dividend payment On July 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of MHC Joint Stock Company approved the result of stock issuance for dividend payment to existing shareholders as follows:
- Number of distributed shares: 4,908,686 shares
- Number of distributed shareholders: 3,435 shareholders
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- These shares will not be restricted the transfer.
- Number of current shares on July 12, 2018: 37,643,896 shares; Of which:
+ Number of outstanding shares: 37,643,776 shares
+ Number of treasury shares: 120 shares.
- Charter capital after the issuance: VND376,438,960,000.
- Expected trading date: August 2018 HOSE
