DIC: Capital contribution at DIC Building Material

     On July 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company approved to contribute VND2,000,000,000; equivalent to 28.6% charter capital of DIC Building Material  Production Joint Stock Company.

     Time of implementation:  from July 10, 2018.

     To appoint Ms. Do Thi Thu Hong as the representative of stake at DIC Building Material Production Joint Stock Company.
