HII: BOD Resolution on increasing charter capital

On June 12, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company approved to increase its charter capital from VND136,000,000,000 to VND278,500,000,000.

     Effective from June 06, 2018.
