NVL: Board resolution on capital contribution

According to the Board resolution dated June 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved to contribute additional VND5,481,390,000,000, equivalent to 548,139,000 common shares, into My Dinh No Va Land Joint Stock Company. After completing the capital contribution, No Va Land Investment Group Corporation will own 550,138,600 shares, equivalent to VND5,501,386,000,000, accounting for 99.99% charter capital of My Dinh No Va Land Joint Stock Company.
