On June 12, 2018, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company issued Decision No.24/2018/QĐ/HĐQT regarding the establishment of a subsidiary with the following contents:

-          Company name: Vinsmart Production and Research Joint Stock Company

-          Address: No.7 Bang Lang 1 Street, Vinhomes Riverside, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City.

-          Charter capital: VND3,000,000,000,000 (VIC contributed VND2,400,000,000,000;  equivalent to 80% of charter capital of Vinsmart Production and Research JSC).
