-        Number of shares before additional listing: 40,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 28,000,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND280,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 68,000,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND680,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: June 13, 2018

-        Reason of change: additional issue to increase the equity.
