On June 08, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.205/QD-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Saigontourist Transport Corporation (STT):

-          Number of shares delisted : 8,000,000 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND80,000,000,000

-          Effective delisting date       : July 06, 2018

-          Reason: Saigontourist Transport Corporation suffered losses in three consecutive years according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
