STT: Notice of delisting shares on HOSE

On June 08, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.801/TB-SGDHCM regarding the delisting of stock of Saigontourist Transport Corporation (STT):

-          Number of shares delisted : 8,000,000 shares

-          Value of shares delisted     : VND80,000,000,000

-          The stock STT is delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No. 205/QD-SGDHCM dated June 08, 2018.

-          Reason: Saigontourist Transport Corporation suffered losses in three consecutive years according to the audited consolidated financial statements in 2015, 2016 and 2017.

-          Effective delisting date: July 06, 2018

-          Last trading date: July 05, 2018
