The Board of Directors of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation (TTF) approved to transfer all stake at Truong Thanh Agriculture Forestry Fishery Products Company Limited (TTNLN) as follows:

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Number of shares to be transferred: 2,352,500 shares, equivalent to 26.59% of the charter capital of TTNLN.

-          Transfer price: via auction

-          Time of implementation: May 02, 2018

-          Place to receive auction documents: Truong Thanh Agriculture Forestry Fishery Products Company Limited. Address: Street 23/3, Nghia Thanh ward, Gia Nghia town, Dak Nong province.
