VCI: Information on purchasing the treasury shares

On May 02, 2018, Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 15,500 shares

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 8,000 shares

-   Purpose: to repurchase shares from the employees resigned.

Trading period: April 2018 or May 2018.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD).

-   Purchase price: 15,000 dongs/share.
