PVX: Notice of removing restrictions on PVX

In accordance with Regulation on listing shares attached with Decision No. 639/QD- SGDHN on 13 Oct 2016 of General Director of Ha Noi Stock Exchange and Official letter No.1357/XLDK-TCKT of Petro Vietnam Construction Joint Stock Corporation on explaining reason and plan to overcome supervision, Hanoi stock exchange announced the removal of restrictions on PVX shares as follows:

• Exercise date: 07 May 2018
• Reason: In accordance with Point 3.1 Section 3 Article 14 of the Regulation on listing.
