SAM: Board resolution _ May 02, 2018

The Board of Directors of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation (SAM) approved to continue the investment in An Viet Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, replacing the decision of capital withdrawal in the Board resolution dated June 26, 2017.

The Board authorized Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong, Chairman/ Independent Member of Board of Directors, to replace Mr. Tran Anh Vuong, CEO, as the representative for the stake of SAM at An Viet Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The Board also nominated Mr. Nguyen Hai Duong and Mr. Nguyen Xuan Anh to replace Mr. Tran Anh Vuong and Mr. Hoang Tri Cuong to take part in the Board of Directors of An Viet Infrastructure Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.
