On 13 Apr 2018, Business Registration Division of Department of Planning & Investment of Phu Tho Province received the Document No. 97/CV-XMPT issued on 13 Apr 2018 of the Company on proposing to renewing the meeting date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018
Based on the Clause 02 of Article 136 of the Enterprise Law No. 68/2014/QH13 issued on 26 nov 2014 by the Congress, based on the fiscal year registered at the tax office from 01 Jan to 31 Dec each year by the Company, the Division has these following opinions:

Accept the Company to renew the meeting date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of 2018 as proposal but not over 06 months from the final date of the fiscal year 2018 (The Company must organize the meeting at the reasonable time before 30 Jun 2018).
