SCR: Board resolution on stake transfer

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SCR) announces Board Resolution No.26 dated May 10, 2018 as follows:

            The Board of Directors approves to receive the transfer of 100% charter capital of Hung Anh Nam Real Estate Investment Trading Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, SCR will purchase 32,570,000 shares at a price of VND16,490/share. The total transfer value will be VND537,079,300,000.
