LPB: Explanation for the difference of over 10% in financial statement Q.I/ 2018 year on year

On 08 May 2018, Lien Viet Post Joint Stock Commercial Bank explained the difference of over 10% in financial statement Q.I/ 2018 year on year as follows:
Profit after tax Q.I/ 2018 rose by 66,668 million dongs (equivalent to 19%) year on year
Reason:
- Concentrating on development, diversification, completion of products, services, improvement of non-credit services income.
- Provision expense decreased significantly because the credit quality was controlled well, bad debts declined.
- Taking advantages of investment opportunities, raising considerable income from securities business.
