HRC: HRC delays Annual General Meeting for the second time

According to the previous announcement, Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock code: HRC) announced that the Investment and Planning Department of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province had allowed the Company to delay organizing the 2018 Annual General Meeting until May 2018.  

However, the Company is preparing works for the holding of Annual General Meeting. Therefore, the Company would like to ask for permission to delay the 2018 Annual General Meeting until June 2018.
