On May 17, 2018, the Board of Directors of Water Supply Sewerage Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time: 8:00AM, Friday,  June 29, 2018

-          Meeting venue: 10 Pho Quang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.

-          Content:

+ Report on the Board of Directors activities in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Report from the Supervisory Board in 2017 and plan for 2018;

+ Approving the business result in 2017 and business plan in 2018;

+ Approving the audited financial statements in 2017;

+ Approving the profit distribution plan;

+ Approving the selection of auditing company to audit financial statements in 2018;
