On May 16, 2018, the Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company approved to hold the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeting time: expected at 8:00AM, Saturday, June 30, 2018, 2018. In case, the first Annual General Meeting 2018 is unsuccessful, the company will hold the 2018 AGM with the following next time:
