CVT: Change of personnel

CMC Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

-          Mr. Nguyen Thanh Chung was appointed as a member of the BODs  as from April 14, 2018.

-          Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngan Ha was appointed as Head of the BOS as from April 14, 2018.

-          Mr. Bui Nhan Chuong, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan were appointed as members of the BOS  as from April 14, 2018

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Phi Son as a member of the BODs as from April 14, 2018.

-          Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Van Chien as Head of the BOS as from April 14, 2018.
