TCO: Personnel change & audit firm selection

On May 08, 2018, Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company issued Resolution No.09/2018/NQ-HĐQT on changing the personnel change and audit firm selection as follows:

1)    Approving the personnel change, including:

-          To resign Mr. Dang Tiep as Chairman of BODs, Legal Representative and Authorized Spokesman.

-          To appoint Mr. Dao Viet Anh as Chairman of BODs cum Legal Representative.

-          To resign Mr. Trinh Trung Nghia as Acting CEO as from May 08, 2018.

-          To appoint Mr. Phan Thanh Binh as Deputy CEO as from May 08, 2018.

-          To appoint Mr. Le Khanh Toan as Head of Administration, Secretary of BODs and to be concurrently the person in charge of Corporate Governance as from May 08, 2018.

2)    Approving the selection of VACO Auditing Company Limited is audit firm to audit financial statements in 2018.
