On May 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of The PAN Group Joint Stock Company approved the change of personnel as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai as CEO as from May 10, 2018.

2)    Approving the appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra My as CEO as from May 10, 2018.

3)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Khac Hai as Deputy CEO as from May 10, 2018.
