HVN: Announcement on the share issuance


On 12/04/2018, Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company announced the share issuance as follows:

  1. Name of share: Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company
  2. Type of share: common share
  3. Par value: VND 10,000/share
  4. Number of shares expected to be issued: 191,191,377 shares
  5. Value of the issuance: VND 1,911,913,770,000
  6. Purpose: Supplement Charter capital to purchase airplanes and increase the working capital of the Company
  7. Issuing price: VND 10,000/share
  8. Minimum order: None
  9. Record date:
  10. Rate: 15.5753% (Shareholders are entitled to purchase 15.5753 additional shares for every 100 shares they own)
  11. Rounding method: The number of shares will be rounded down to unit digit
  12. Handling fractional shares: Fractional shares and unsold shares shall be decided by the Company after the issuance
  13. Transferring purchasing rights
- Purchasing rights are allowed to be transferred one time only (Transferee cannot transfer to the third person)
- Transferring time: from 07/05/2018 to 20/06/2018

Ministry of Transportation (representative of state capital) transferred 371,533,127 purchasing rights of state shareholders (equivalent to the to the right to purchase 57,867,399 shares issued additionally) by public bidding at HNX. Starting price is at VND6,026/purchasing right/
