DXG: BODs Resolution on stock issuance to pay dividend (phase 1) On April 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved the stock issuance to pay dividend for existing shareholders as follows:

- Number of outstanding shares: 302,942,630 shares
- Number of treasury shares: 250,056 shares
- Dividend ratio: 13%/par value
