CII: CII cancels the stock issue to the existing shareholders

On April 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) approved to cancel the stock issue to the existing shareholders with the issue ratio of 2:1 because CII mobilized enough capital from loans, bonds, etc. to invest in its projects.
