On 13/04/2018, BinhDinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (BIDIPHAR) announced the Board Resolution on adjusting the contents of investment on Bidiphar Betalactam Pharmaceutical Factory at Bidaphar Betalactam Co. Ltd as follows:
Article 1: Approve adjusting some contents of investment project on Bidiphar Betalactam Pharmaceutical Factory as follows:
Progress of project:

• Stage 1: In 2020, build factory to produce injections and powders antibiotics (Cepharlosporin) following the standard GMP PICs/EU. Expected to be completed in Q.I/2022
• Stage 2: In 2021, build factory to produce antibiotics (Penicilline) following the standard GMP PICs/EU. Expected to be completed in Q.I/2025
•  Stage 3: In 2022, build factory to produce solid antibiotics (Cepharlosporin) following the standard GMP PICs/EU. Expected to be completed in Q.I/2027
