On March 01, 2018, the Board of Directors of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved to issue shares for capital increase from the owner’s equity as follows:

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of outstanding shares: 652,638,750 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 202,318,012 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): 2,023,180,120,000 dongs

-          Issuing ratio: 100:31 (Shareholders are entitled to have 31 new shares for every 100 shares owned.)
