HII: BODs Resolution on stock issuance under ESOP

On February 26, 2018, the Board of Directors of An Phat – Yen Bai Mineral & Plastic Joint Stock Company approved the stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

1)    Approving to implement stock issuance under ESOP according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017 dated February 12, 2018.

2)    Approving the list of employees to participate stock issuance under ESOP.

3)    Approving to plan for the proceeds use from the public offering.

4)    Approving to expect time of implementation in Q2.2018.
