CCI: Report on the use of capital (from VND133 bln to VND177 bln)

Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment JSC declared the use of proceeds from the public offering in 2016 to increase its charter capital from VND133,986,200,000 to VND177,438,650,000 as follows: 

A.    Proceeds from the public offering to increase the charter capital from VND133,986,200,000 to VND177,438,650,000 and purpose of the offering:

• Proceeds:

The proceeds from the offering in 2016: VND43,452,450,000.

• Purpose of the offering:

According to the resolution of the 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders, shareholders approved to use the proceeds to invest in Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone – Expansion Phase.

B.     The use of proceeds from the offering (until December 31, 2017):

Cuchi Commercial and Industrial Developing Investment JSC has fulfilled legal procedures for the land clearance and compensation. After the plans for the land clearance and compensation are accepted, the Company will use the proceeds from this offering to execute the land clearance and compensation of Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Zone – Expansion Phase. The proceeds are currently being deposited in a bank.
