On March 22, 2018, the BODs of Hoa Sen Group issued Resolution No.22/NQ/HĐQT/2018 about the establishment of the two branches, specifically as follows:

1)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Le Thuy, Quang Binh Branch

-    Address: My Duyet hamlet, Cam Thuy Commune, Le Thuy District, Quang Binh Province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung.

2)    Branch name: Hoa Sen Group – Dong Hoi, Quang Binh Branch

-    Address: Van La hamlet, Luong Ninh commune, Quang Ninh District, Quang Binh Province, Vietnam.

-    Head of Branch: Mr. Dao Loc Binh.
