BCG: Board approves to receive the stake transfer

On March 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to receive 100% stake at Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd. as follows:

-          Ratio of capital to be transferred: 100% stake at Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Co., Ltd.

-          Transferor: Indochina Land Hoi An Beach Villas Company

-          Transfer value: VND337,000,000,000.

-          Purpose: to invest in Malibu Resort Project in Quang Nam.
