PDR: Board approves to receive the stake transfer

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp announces the Board Resolution dated March 19, 2018 as follows:

1)    The Board of Directors approved the policy on receiving the share transfer of 80% stake at COININ Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd.

-          Target company: COININ Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd.

-          Head office: 271/16 An Duong Vuong, ward 3, district 5, HCMC

-          Owners:

• Duc Khai Joint Stock Company owns 88% stake;
• Compensation Clearance Company owns 12% stake.

-          Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp will receive stake as follows:

• Receiving 68% stake from Duc Khai Joint Stock Company;
• Receiving 12% stake from Compensation Clearance Company.

2)    The Board of Directors authorized Mr. Nguyen Van Dat, BoD Chairman cum CEO, to be the representative for PDR at COININ Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd.
