HBC: Resolution on capital contribution to set up subsidiary

Base on the Resolution No.03/2018/NQ-HĐQT.HBC, the Board of Directors of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company approved to establish a subsidiary, specifically as follows:

-          Company name: Hoa Binh Cambodia Company Limited

-          Legal capital: USD100,000 (HBC contributed 100% shares at Hoa Binh Cambodia Company Limited).

-          To appoint Mr. Le Viet Hai as Legal Representative of Hoa Binh Cambodia Company Limited.
