1) Purpose: to invest in Grand World Resort Project – Phu Quoc
2) The proceeds from the issuance was used to invest in Grand World Resort Project – Phu Quoc until the present: VND475,084,026,342.
3) Remaining proceeds: VND59,918,913,658.
4) Project progress:
- Completing 85% of traffic system;
- Completing 70% of landscape works;
- Completing 92 villas.
