CIG: Board resolution on capital contribution

On March 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company.

-          Capital expected to be contributed at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company: VND12 billion

-          Contribution method: receiving the transfer of 1,200,000 common shares, equivalent to VND12 billion, accounting for 60% of Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company, from the following persons:

• Receiving 400,000 shares from Mr. Tran Duc Minh;
• Receiving 400,000 shares from Mr. Do Quang Khue;
• Receiving 400,000 shares from Mr. Le Quang Hai.

-          Time of capital contribution: in Quarter 1, 2/2018.

2)    The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh as CIG’s representative for 1,200,000 shares at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company.
