CIG: Board resolution on capital contribution

On March 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of Coma18 Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to contribute capital at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company.

-          Capital amount contributed at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company: VND12 billion, equivalent to 1,200,000 shares.

-          Capital amount expected to be additionally contributed at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company: VND180 billion

-          Total capital that Coma18 will own at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company: VND192 billion, equivalent to 19,200,000 shares.

-          Contribution method: to purchase 18,000,000 common shares in 30,000,000 common shares that Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company issues additional shares to the existing shareholders.

2)    The Board of Directors assigned Mr. Nguyen Van Tinh as CIG’s representative for 19,200,000 shares at Kinh Do Industrial Investment Joint Stock Company.
