VJC: Resolution on collecting shareholders’ opinion

On January 09, 2018, the Board of Directors of VietJet Aviation Joint Stock Company approved to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing as follows:

1)    Adjustment of 2017 dividend ratio from 50% to 60% (of which: cash dividend from 30% to 40%).

2)    Supplementary business lines.

3)    Changes in head office at 302/3 Kim Ma street, Ngoc Khanh ward, Ba Dinh district, Ha Noi city.
