DTA: Approving the private placement documents

On January 10, 2018, the Board of Directors of De Tam Joint Stock Company approved the private placement documents as follows:

-          Resolution No.01/4/2017/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated April 29, 2017 approved to plan for the private placement to strategic investors;

-          Offer Registration Certificate;

-          Decision on implementing the issue plan by the Board of Directors;

-          Authorized letter to the consulting company;

-          Confirmation of the blocked account to receive money to buy shares of the Bank;

-          Confirmation of the bank's cash balance to buy shares for partners;

-          Official letter of the DTA;

-          Written commitment of the partner;

-          Information guide documents;

-          Legal documents;

Audited financial statements in 2016 and reviewed financial statements in six months of 2017.
