KPF: BODs Resolution No.03 _ Jan 09, 2018

Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company announced Resolution No.03 dated January 09, 2018 as follows:

1)    Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh as member of BODs as from January 09, 2018.

2)    Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Hoai Anh as as member of BODs as from January 09, 2018.

3)    Approving to receive the transfer of 48% charter capital (equivalent to VND72,000,000,000) of Cam Lam Investment Company Limited and time of implementation in January 2018.

4)    Approving Mr. Dang Quang Thai is the representative of stake of Hoang Minh Finance Investment Joint Stock Company in Cam Lam Investment Company Limited.
