On December 11, 2017, the Board of Directors of Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 15%/par value (1,500 dongs/share)

-          Record date: December 28, 2017

-          Payment date: January 24, 2018.
